Why hire us?

If you had it all figured out, you wouldn't be checking out our website. Right? We were in your shoes not too long ago with the whole not knowing where to start, how to finish up what you started, or the what else am I missing?

We know how stressful it is to plan a wedding on top of your work life, kids, school, or whatever it is that keeps you so busy. We're here to take away the stress and add in the fun so that you can have the dream wedding that you've always wanted!

Do you travel?

We are based in Athens, GA and we love to travel to new places. We've planned weddings all over in NC, SC, and GA.

Do you offer Day-of/Month-of Coordination?

We offer the "Day-Of" more as an "Á La Carte Service" since it's usually a customized package to meet specific needs of our clients. Our "Event Management" is our month-of coordination package.

Do you handle rentals? Will you coordinate delivery, arrival and set up times with the photographer, the florist, the musicians and the caterer/banquet manager?

Absolutely! The goal is to keep you stress free so you can enjoy YOUR big day!

Can I add something from the other packages to an Event Management package?

Of course! All packages can be modified to meet the needs of your dream wedding. (additional costs will be added to your final costs)

How many hours will you be there on the day of?

We are the first to arrive and last to leave!

Do you help with decorations?

We help with setup and breakdown of your personal decors like putting out your guest book or your personalized signs, etc. We do not create centerpieces, add elaborate florals to arches, etc. What we can do is find a vendor who specializes in decorating to bring your vision to life.

What do you offer in your Á La Carte Services?

We offer nail services for your bridal party depending on your location, ballroom dancing lessons for your first dance (locally only), rehearsal dinner planning, engagement photoshoots, rentals, and more! Let us know what else you're looking for!

How much are your packages?

Our packages range from $1,500-$5,000 and does not include travel fees or the á la carte services.

How many weddings have you planned?

Although we are fairly new into the wedding world, we have planned a handful of weddings ranging from 15 to 350 guests.

What is the difference between you and a venue coordinator?

In layman's term, a venue coordinator deals with anything that has anything to do with their venue. They're the expert in answering any of your questions about when the venue opens, if you can keep your personal belongings in their room during the whole event, to what is included in the rental fee, etc. We on the other hand, manage all the details of the day, advocate for you and guide you through the planning process that are not dealt with by the venue coordinator.
