Event Management​

​

• Creating a timeline to coordinate all your vendors 

• Creating floor plans for both your ceremony and reception 

• Ironing out any last-minute details with you 

• A scheduled zoom meeting (in addition to the initial consultation) where I can answer all your questions, offer vendor recommendations for vendors you have not yet booked, offer tips, and anything else you need advice on. (This meeting can take place at any time during your planning process and does not need to be done within the 9-week window leading up to your wedding day.) 

• Unlimited calls/emails 9 weeks (about 2 months) before your wedding day 

• Day-of coordination (we are the first to arrive & last to leave at no extra cost) 

• Help with setup and breakdown of personal decors 

• Includes planner (assistant if needed) 

• Handle communication with vendors 4 weeks before your wedding day 

• 30 minute wedding rehearsal 

• Relay final guest counts to all necessary vendors 

• Ensure that rental order matches layout and all necessary items are rented

• Send final timeline and layouts out to all vendors 2 weeks prior to the wedding

• 1-2 venue visits

Partial Planning​

• Includes all the things outlined in the Event Management package

• Vendor recommendations and assistance with securing vendors (client will still help with the vendor search and provide suggestions - 50/50 shared partnership in finding vendors)

• 3 venue visits 

• Vendor meetings and email communication

• Design tips (not full design - client will provide color palette and main decor ideas)

• Review of vendor contracts before client signs

• Budgeting suggestions (not detailed budget spreadsheet and no balance tracking)

• Includes usage of some rentals in stock (octagon arch, lanterns, garlands, etc.)

Full Planning​

• Includes all the things outlined in the Event Management & Partial Planning packages

• Research, Vet, and Recommend vendors for all categories in the planning process 

• A detailed budget (allocating $, track spending and balance due dates)

• Assistance with travel accommodations for out-of-town guests (hotel room blocks)

• Assistance with invitation selection and RSVP management

• Unlimited calls/emails from the moment you sign on to your wedding day

• Includes a complimentary photoshoot for your "Save the Date" or "Wedding Invitations"
